It has been confirmed that Middlesbrough Sports Village, Neptune Leisure Centre, and Rainbow Leisure Centre, which are managed by sports and leisure operator Everyone Active in partnership with Middlesbrough Council, will reopen their gyms on Saturday 1 August.
Middlesbrough's community hubs and libraries will start to emerge from lockdown next week. From Tuesday, August 4, a phased programme will see a number of venues re-open part-time, albeit with a different look and feel in order to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.
